If you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes or are simply keen to lose some weight and become more active our NutriFitActive programme fits the bill. Each week our hourly classes provide 30 minutes of nutritional coaching followed by 30 minutes of carefully tailored exercise suited to your ability level. This programme is specifically created to help you lose weight and improve the management of your diabetes. It also benefits those with early onset diabetes keen to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits to help prevent or reduce the extent of escalation of their condition.
Run by our highly experienced Personal Trainers classes are designed to educate you on healthy approaches to losing weight and build confidence with exercise so that you can adopt a more active lifestyle as part of your weekly routine.

How to Join
Our NutriFit Active programme runs during term-time so it’s easy to fit into your routine. Sign up for a taster class and come along to experience this unique programme first-hand. You’ll receive a warm welcome from your class Coach and at the end you’ll be able to have a chat, ask any questions and discuss joining our programme.
